Today’s guest is a young fashion designer who is revolutionizing the fashion industry and how we think of sustainability in fashion – Danit Peleg. Danit has developed a method of creating stunning designs which are produced entirely by 3D printers! In fact, she was the first fashion designer to produce a whole collection using this technology, achieving this accomplishment while she was still a fashion student. Since then, Danit has been working towards realising her vision of a world where we can buy files and print clothes in the comfort of our own home, which will dramatically reduce manufacturing & shipping waste of one of the most polluting industries in the world. Danit has become an authority in the field and is invited to speak to fashion professionals worldwide. She is a TED speaker and has been featured in world-renowned publications such as Vogue, The New York Times, Women’s Wear Daily and in 2018, she was recognized as one of Europe’s Top Women in Tech by Forbes.
