Roni Hajaj

Born in 1976, Roni Hajaj lives and works in Tel Aviv.

Hajaj holds a BFA from HaMidrasha School of Art, Beit Berl College in 2006, and participated in the Alma College Fellows Program in 2009-2011.

Roni Hajaj is a multidisciplinary artist whose work ranges from painting, costume design and music to fashion and curating. Using different materials, Hajaj works in various media, including sculpture, installation, collage, and printmaking. His work has been shown in solo and group exhibitions in various venues, including The Petach Tikva Museum of Art, JCC in New York, Laba Centre in New York , and Herzliya Biennale for Contemporary Art. Hajaj was Awarded several prizes, including The Rabinovich Foundation Grant, Gordon Gallery Grant and an Award of Excellence from HaMidrasha School of Art.

As a curator, Hajaj has worked at MoBY (Museums of Bat Yam), and has independently curated exhibitions in various locations, such as The Holon Design Museum.
