Daniel Oksenberg

Born in Israel in 1993, he grew up in a creative environment as he learned to combine contemporary technology in his artistic research.

Oksenberg's style is unique in its picturesque aesthetics, while it ranges from figurative, decorative, and playful colorful abstract. His creation process is based on sceneries from his daily life that he records on his mobile phone and then examines in his paintings. The images are casual moments that capture his gaze due to their symbolic-cultural meanings, composition or colors, which he dismantles and reassembles on the canvas. While there is no common ground to the subject matters in his paintings, they all unite in his studio by his distinctive language.

Oksenberg currently lives and works in Tel-Aviv.
